The Oberlin Phoenix are firing on all cylinders as winter sports head into postseason play! Here’s what’s happening:
February 26 | 7:00 PM – Boys Varsity Basketball
Our boys varsity team hosts Independence at home. With strong community support, they’re ready to bring energy and momentum to the court.
February 28 – Bowling State Tournament
Keira Phillips takes on the state tournament in Columbus. After an incredible season, she’s ready to represent Oberlin Phoenix at the highest level!
February 28 | 9 AM – Boys Wrestling
Colbey Wnoroski competes at Beachwood High School. Colbey has had a stellar season and is aiming to finish strong in this critical matchup.
March 1 | 9 AM – Girls Wrestling
The girls wrestling squad — A’Zariah East; Phoebe Harrison; Lillian McFarland; Rose Marie Boyer — hits the mat at Avon Lake. They’ve worked hard all season and are ready to compete at their best.
March 7 – OATCC State Meet
Track and field athletes head to SPIRE Academy. The girls team looks to defend their state title, while the boys chase their first championship. It’s a meet you won’t want to miss!
Girls Basketball – OHSAA Tournament
Our girls basketball team gave it their all in the OHSAA Tournament, falling in the first round to Kirkland. Their grit and determination were on full display all season.
